Georgia Predators 111 - Southwest Warriors 93
      Jaquante Madden, Sheffield, Alabama, led the team with 25 points behind his 5-three pointers, and Nathaniel Hill, Moultrie, Georgia, added 24 points as Georgia Predators cruised to win their first ever game in franchise history. Georgia Predators led from the start of the game and no lead changes were made. Our Goals
    Georgia Predators was a 2 year long process to establish and we were officially founded on October 20, 2016. Our goals are to bring the community together, defy stereotypes, and to bring entertainment to our community. Athens, Georgia is a beautiful town and diversity presents us with opportunity to unify it. So get yourself into The Predator Universe and become our new fan base!

    Our fans, Predator Universe, is our team's spirit. We believe in positivity and supporting our community. Purple and Grey are the team's primary colors. Keep an eye out for Grey-out or Purple-out games!
  3. How will we succeed?
    Hustling, Intensity, Commitment, and Sportsmanship (HICS) are the team's motto for the first year's ABA team. Our goal is to build our success from the bottom up and give back to the community!
Meet The CEO
    Shawn Self, the CEO of the brand new expansion of ABA, will also be an assistant coach for the team. He moved back to Athens with one goal, and that was to establish an ABA professional team in his home state. He also coaches an all Deaf team, Southeast Hoopstars, who has won back to back championships in 2015 and 2016. He was also named Coach of the Tourney five times during his three years of coaching Hoopstars. He retrieved the honors twice in SEAAD regional Tournament in 2015 and 2016, USADB National Tournament in 2017, NDBO National Tournament in 2017, and Atlanta's own Summer Fest in 2016. Southeast Hoopstars is also the 2017 NDBO National Champions. Self is also currently Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School Football Head Coach. He is determinated to make Georgia Predators successful!
